Job Description

Responsibilities:-

-Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters clients including preparation and review of directors' resolutions and preparation of materials for meetings (minutes recording, drafting of resolutions etc.)

-Lodgement of statutory returns with ACRA

-Updating minute books and registers

-Liaising, providing information to and updating management, directors and auditors

Requirements:

-Degree holder

-Knowledge in the Company secretary work

-Knowledge of ACRA website and the e-filing requirements in Bizfile

-2-5 years relevant experiences is a plus Fresh graduated is also welcome

Other:

-ATTRACTIVE Remuneration/ Salary to commensurate with experience and competence

-5 days work week

-house training will be provided
