Company Secretary Assistant / Account Executive / Account Assistant
Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for client companies
Prepare and lodge statutory forms and returns with SSM
Maintain statutory registers and company records
Prepare board resolutions, members’ resolutions, and minutes of meetings
Arrange and attend board and general meetings where required
Advise clients on compliance matters under Companies Act 2016
Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely filings
Handle incorporation of companies
Manage share allotment, transfer, bonus issue, and capital reduction
Handle appointment and resignation of directors, secretaries, and auditors
Liaise with clients, SSM, auditors, tax agents, and banks
Respond to client enquiries on secretarial matters

Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation
