Responsibilities

• Administers first aid measures and gives immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees.
• Coordinates with hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed.
• Sends home employees who are not physically fit to work.
• Assist applicants medical examination/s results for deployment.
• Provides medical services for the company, coordinates with Hospitals and outside-clinics.
• Responsible for the Annual Physical Examination Report/s:
  • Status of compliance.
  • Follow-up to employees who failed to undergo APE.
  • Reporting of names of employees with negative medical findings during APE.
• Supports in all EHS activities of the company.
• Responsible of keeping and filling of all documents of Direct Employees.
• Maintains HR System by updating/encoding all necessary employee information.
