Job Description

Telum are actively seeking an experienced Mobile Waste Compactor Operator to work for our client; a leading waste management company who have been committed to environmental sustainability and community development for over 75 years.

This long-term position is based out of their Kurnell facility offering fulltime hours + daily overtime with the opportunity to go fulltime permanent with the company following a successful 3 month employment period. 

Main duties of the role include: 

  • Operate an 836 compactor, compacting landfill then covering with soil once compacted.
  • Operating the compactor safely at all times 
  • Adhering to all site WHS rules & regulations
