Working hours: 4 hours per week (Friday 9am to 1pm)

The Salvation Army is looking for a motivated Community/Corps Programme Worker to help with the operational delivery of programmes and initiatives to support the successful delivery of mission to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

To deliver community programmes including running the church toddler group. You will demonstrate both a professional and caring manner when interacting with children and their parents, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

Fulfil any relevant administration processes to ensure that accurate records are maintained.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in running church programme activities
  • Experience of running parent & toddler groups
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills (experience of Microsoft office)
