THE ROLE
The Community Support Worker (CSW) Social Support assists clients whilst on day trips or short breaks in the community through the Kites Program.
Please note shifts starts will either be Bibra Lake (South) or Wangara (North)
This is a part-time role, working 32 hours per fortnight:
Week 1 – Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm
Week 2 - Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plan efficient travel routes; proactively anticipating traffic and time management in accordance with the service attendance sheet
- Driving Amana Living vehicles (10 seater or 7 seater vehicles) and assisting with mobilising and transferring clients –moving clients from place to place whilst in the community
