Community Support Worker - Kerrier

Job Overview

The role is similar to a Health Care Assistant. You will deliver great care and support reablement for people mainly in their own homes as part of the Kerrier Primary Care Network, covering Camborne, Redruth, Helston and surrounding areas. Travel costs for journeys during work time are supported and pool cars are available for work use.

You will need to demonstrate good communication skills and a positive approach to people who may have communication difficulties or challenging health needs.

Work is on a rota that covers 7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00 hours. Flexibility within the rota and geographical location is important, and the post is a lone worker.
