Community Support Worker

Salary: £28,040.47 per year.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract.

Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

Your week: 37 hours - Monday to Sunday between 8am and 10pm on a rolling rota.

• Provide housing‑related support tailored to individual needs, helping customers maintain and increase their independence.
• Act as a key worker, developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments with customers.
• Support customers to manage their tenancy, including rent payments, utilities, reporting repairs and maintaining their home.
• Build positive relationships with customers, encouraging social inclusion, wellbeing and engagement within the local community.
• Work with statutory and voluntary agencies to coordinate and deliver effective support programmes.
