Working in rehabilitation is unlike any other support role. As a Community Support Worker , you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals rebuild their independence, confidence, and everyday life skills following a brain injury.
You’ll walk alongside people on their recovery journey — celebrating milestones, overcoming challenges, and supporting them to achieve their personal goals. Many of the individuals we support stay with us for around three months, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a short but powerful time .
