- Proven experience in Community Management and/or Brand Activation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage online communities and execute community events and campaigns.
- Proficient in preparing reports and analyzing community performance.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
Job Responsibilitie
- Develop and manage the community database (website) and drive the growth of WhatsApp Channels/Groups
- Plan and execute communication activities, including webinars, educational sessions, WhatsApp engagement, and product activation programs
