Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field).
  • Proven experience in Community Management and/or Brand Activation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage online communities and execute community events and campaigns.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and analyzing community performance.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.



Job Responsibilitie

  • Develop and manage the community database (website) and drive the growth of WhatsApp Channels/Groups
  • Plan and execute communication activities, including webinars, educational sessions, WhatsApp engagement, and product activation programs
  • Manage advocacy initiatives such as VT Challenges and User-Generated Content (UGC) Campaigns
