- Launch and manage a Social Enablement & Partner Advocacy Program
- Build and grow a partner-first online community with two-way conversations
- Drive partner advocacy through social content, discussions, and champion programs
- Implement social listening and feedback loops to capture partner insights
- Enable real-time engagement such as Q&A sessions, peer support, and expert interactions
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams
- Track and report community engagement and advocacy metrics
- Continuously improve engagement strategies based on data and feedback
