Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Community & Social Manager to turn partner advocacy from passive visibility into an active, engaging social presence. This role will focus on building and managing a partner-first community, driving meaningful engagement, and increasing partner-led advocacy and leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage a Social Enablement & Partner Advocacy Program
  • Build and grow a partner-first online community with two-way conversations
  • Drive partner advocacy through social content, discussions, and champion programs
  • Implement social listening and feedback loops to capture partner insights
  • Enable real-time engagement such as Q&A sessions, peer support, and expert interactions
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams
  • Track and report community engagement and advocacy metrics
  • Continuously improve engagement strategies based on data and feedback
