Role Summary

Based within the Ilfracombe Community Rehabilitation Team you will cover an area that stretches from Ashford to Exmoor and work with a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Assistant Practitioners.

It is essential that the candidate is a car driver and has access to a car to use for work. Please can you tell us this on your application.
