Community Safety & Policing Program Advisor

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Community Safety & Policing, the Community Safety & Policing Program Advisor supports Community Safety and Policing initiatives by coordinating reporting requirements, analyzing program and performance data, and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures accurate, timely, and culturally informed reporting to leadership, Chiefs, funding partners, and justice or policing partners, while respecting First Nations data sovereignty and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data related to community safety and policing programs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and cultural relevance
