Community Relations Manager

The Community Relations Manager will lead and coordinate all community engagement, stakeholder management, and support social impact initiatives for Tatu City Limited while overseeing the Tatu City Labour Desk and local workforce development programs. The role is responsible for fostering positive relationships between the company and surrounding communities, local administration, public institutions, residents, and other strategic stakeholders to support harmonious coexistence and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement community engagement strategies aligned with the company's vision and operational objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, residents' associations, county government representatives, chiefs, youth groups, schools, and community-based organizations
Act as the primary liaison between Tatu City Limited and surrounding communities
