At Mendix and Siemens, we believe great communities build great products. We’re looking for a Community Program Manager who’s ready to shape, grow, and elevate our global ecosystem — with a special focus on the Siemens Industrial Operations X community. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind community programs, content quality, and collaboration between our users, partners, and internal teams. You’ll make sure everything reaches our community — from product updates to learning resources. You’ll also act as the bridge between our community and our product organization, making sure real user feedback turns into meaningful improvements. Your work will ensure our community not only grows, but thrives — informed, aligned, and heard.
