COMMUNITY PLANNER

Summary You will serve as a Community Planner for NSA ANNAPOLIS. Responsibilities You will lead multi-disciplined teams involved with base and facility development, generate project packages including 1391s, site planning, permitting and space allocation documents, generate project business case analyses. You will consider all aspects of facilities development including installation demographics, economic conditions and trends, sustainability concepts, economics and cost estimating. You will make recommendations to decision-makers based on sound economic analysis. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
