STR8 UP is hiring a full‑time Community Outreach Worker to work within the Federal institutions (i.e., Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Willow Cree Healing Lodge & Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge etc.). This job will be based out of Prince Albert, SK.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positive working relationships with Elders, Chaplain, CSC staff, within the prison system
  • Conduct sharing circles in facilities and meet with members in group settings for fellowship and programming
  • Conduct intake, ongoing case planning and self‑assessments with new members
