Community Manager - The Pavilion Apts.

Monroe Group is looking for a Community Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a dynamic team
• Developing and managing the budget
• Ensuring property is meeting KPI goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management
• Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting
• Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all residents
• Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager
• Working knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check
