As a Community Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community around our mobile games. This position is based in Thailand, but the successful candidate must be fluent in English and have prior experience supporting a US player base.
As one of our first members of our Community Operations Team, you will contribute to establishing processes, documentation, and workflows. Your focus will be on ensuring optimal efficiency while upholding a superior level of service for our players.
