Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Campus Ambassador community across India
• Build strong personal relationships with ambassadors and student leaders
• Onboard new ambassadors and ensure a smooth start
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-energy community
• Keep the community active, motivated, and aligned with clear goals while constantly moderating it.
• Constantly think of meaningful ways to engage Campus Ambassadors
• Delegate tasks based on strengths and college presence
• Drive execution of brand partnerships, college outreach, and on-ground activations through ambassadors
• Be highly responsive on chats, DMs, and calls
