Community Manager – Edmonton

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Community Manager tasked with overseeing day-to-day operations of residential properties and fostering a welcoming and engaging community environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative and Tenant Management
    • Manage tenant correspondence, work orders, service requests, and accounts payable invoice coding.
    • Review leases, prepare lease abstracts, and accurately input data into property management systems.
    • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including collection of required documentation and distribution of welcome packages.
    • Issue demand, default, and termination notices in compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA).
    • Market the community to prospective residents, conduct tours, and facilitate lease agreements.
