We are looking for young, dynamic and self-driven candidates to join our operations team!
As a property manager, the main objective would be managing properties, coordinating with
vendors, members and conducting property visits to help achieve sales targets and
bookings.The job is based in Bengaluru and property managers will be stationed at the
property
13. Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Handle day to day operations at the property. 

 2. Managing the upkeep of property- hygiene, maintenance as per the SOP
3. Managing, Training and Monitoring Housekeeping and security staff.

 4. Vendor management for all sort of repair and maintenance 

5. Inventory Management of the property
