We've reached this scale through PLG and content marketing so it's clear the product has pull, now we're building a world-class brand and community around it.

The role:

As our Community Lead in Toronto, you'll build and scale the Chatbase community from the ground up, both online and IRL. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves bringing ambitious builders together and turning users into champions.

You'll work closely with the CEO and growth team to make Chatbase the default AI agent platform for startups, operators, and devs in Toronto, and eventually beyond.

Crush it and there's a clear path to grow into a Head of Community or broader brand leadership role.
