Our client is a leading charity operating across Ireland, supporting some of the most marginalised individuals, couples, and families experiencing homelessness. They are currently seeking an experienced Community Integration Case Manager to join their Dublin operation. This is a fixed-term contract to permanency, working 35 hours per week. Rate of Pay 39,090.33 per year Key Responsibilities Work in partnership with service users to assess needs, develop individualized support plans, and regularly review progress against agreed goals. Provide life skills assessment and practical support, empowering individuals to live independently through recovery-oriented and strengths-based approaches. Promote social inclusion and community integration using community development principles, supporting access to local activities, groups, and resources.
