Community Grounds & Maintenance Caretaker

Responsibilities

• Collecting fly-tipping from communal land across both service areas.
• Maintaining communal blocks, including tidying bin stores and ensuring paths and hard standings are clear of moss and debris.
• Performing Grounds Maintenance duties as required, such as operating hedge cutters and strimmers etc.
• Using a PDA to access GIS maps and to access Health & Safety documents.
• Mentoring an apprentice, volunteer or work experience placement as required.
