As an Operations Coordinator, you will monitor daily scheduled work orders and ensure technician preparedness. This dynamic role requires clear communication with internal teams while handling service requests promptly. You will also ensure all operations align with our core values, promoting a culture of respect and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily jobs and technician arrival times
• Assign service calls based on priority effectively
• Find coverage for technician absences proactively
• Review service completions and outstanding tasks
• Communicate expectations to technicians daily
Requirements:
• Preferably 1–2 years in operations or scheduling
• Familiarity with the Fire Prevention Industry is beneficial
