Community Carer

We’re recruiting for dedicated Community Care Workers to join our friendly team across Cornwall — providing support to individuals in their own homes and helping them live life to the fullest.

About the Role

As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be visiting clients in their homes to provide person-centred care and support. You’ll be supporting with:

  • Personal care and daily living tasks
  • Preparing meals and assisting at mealtimes
  • Supporting mobility and medication prompts
  • Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Offering companionship and emotional support

    • Working Hours:

    We offer flexible shifts to fit around your lifestyle, including:


  • Morning and afternoon shifts
  • Full-day shifts (7am – 10pm)
    Weekend and evening work is available with enhanced pay rates.
