  • Pay rates, travel time, and mileage: £12:85 INCLUDING MILEAGE.
  • Shift hours--- 0700: 21:00
  • Alternate weekend availability required
  • Full time and Part time hours
  • Experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Supporting clients with eating and drinking
  • Administering or reminding clients to take medication
  • Monitoring and recording clients’ health conditions and reporting concerns
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with daily activities and household tasks
  • Maintaining cleanliness and a safe environment
  • Following care plans and health & safety procedures
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and family members
