Crystal Care Homecare is looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated individuals to join our care team as Care Assistants.

No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. This is a rewarding opportunity for people who are passionate about helping others remain independent in their own homes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with medication reminders
• Helping clients maintain independence and dignity
• Following care plans and company procedures
• Reporting any concerns or changes in client wellbeing
