At OneCoWork, our mission is to deliver complete workplace experience for modern professionals.

We currently operate three buildings in the center of Barcelona and will soon be opening a fourth location in Poblenou. We manage a community of over 1,000 members, including both corporate clients and digital nomads, positioning ourselves as one of the most dynamic coworking ecosystems in the city.

We are looking for a Community Associate to join our team and help us create an outstanding environment for our members while managing the building’s daily operations. As a Community Associate, you will play a key role in front desk management, ensuring member satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Act as the go-to person for the OneCoWork community members.
