Job Description
The Community Aide II is an entry level position responsible for assisting with the assessment, education and rehabilitation of consumers participating in the program.
Our residential programs embrace a Housing First, Harm Reduction philosophy to meet our participants where they are. We are widely recognized across Allegheny County for providing the highest quality of support and service to our participants, and serve individuals diagnosed with behavioral health and substance use disorder.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Communication
+ Meet regularly with Vocational Counselor, Program Coordinator, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Staff to discuss consumer progress and service planning.
+ Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and staff regarding group and individual activities.
