Job Description Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort Position Description POSITION TITLE: Communications Technical Specialist DEPARTMENT: Marketing GRADE/FLSA STATUS: H15-Non-Exempt BADGE TYPE/COLOR: Key-Blue REPORTS TO: Regional Manager, Communications SUPERVISES: N/A JOB SUMMARY: Support property initiatives and Team Member communication through all available communication tools. Develop and traffic all communication materials. This position will be responsible for the communications areas of two properties: Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort and Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel. • Serve as the communication administrator by gathering and creating content for internal communication tools (including but not limited to Weekly Score, Pocket Docket, posters, BOH monitors, etc.)
