Job Description
- Support the Commercial Communications team in delivering internal content to a large, global employee audience.
- Assist in the creation, distribution, and measurement of executive and regional communications.
- Provide operational, editorial, and design support to ensure effective content delivery.
- Maintain internal processes and support project planning, reporting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Editorial Content Management & Distribution
- Maintain and update the Global Commercial Communications editorial calendar.
- Distribute content across internal channels, including intranet, Teams, Engage (Yammer), and email platforms.
- Prepare, edit, and format leader presentations, staff memos, internal blogs, and video content.
- Track and report the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Support quarterly media coverage reporting for Industries Communications.
