The role

As a Communications & Engagement Lead, you will take a coordinating role as well as be responsible for hands-on delivery of communication and engagement products for the program. Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead program-wide communications and engagement strategy aligned with organisational goals

  • Advise executives and stakeholders on communication risks, opportunities, and engagement approaches

  • Coach and develop communication advisers, fostering collaboration and excellence

  • Oversee program communication activities, ensuring consistent messaging and integration with change initiatives

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, aligning engagement with program priorities

  • Manage communication channels (intranet, SharePoint, newsletters, media releases) for maximum impact
