The Communications Associate is a junior-to-mid-level contributor focused on foundational copywriting and communication execution. This role provides essential day-to-day writing, content production, and coordination support for the Communications Manager and the Communications Specialist.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content writing.
  • Strong foundational copywriting skills and ability to follow templates.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft tools, Canva, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience writing feature or human-interest stories (advantage but not required).
  • Exposure to internal communications or employer branding.
