The Communications Assistant supports the Club's branding, strategic communication initiatives and publicity through content creation, digital communications, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support. The role ensures timely, accurate,and engaging communication across the Club's various communication channels while maintaining the Club's professional image and member experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and create key messages, FAQs, announcements and notices applicable to Club members and the wider public.
  • Provide photography and videography support for Club events, member engagement activities, promotions and other communications initiatives.
  • Meticulously review, proofread and edit all marketing and communications content for the Club's social media platforms, website, Telegram, email communications and other communication channels.
