Part‑Time Communications Agent – Pullman Auckland

This role is part of the Pullman Auckland hotel team and is responsible for coordinating all inbound telephone calls, providing assistance to guests and frontline staff as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all inbound phone calls within the hotel
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming inquiries via a professional phone manner
  • Assist the front‑office team with reservations and group preparations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a receptionist in a hotel environment
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand for at least one year
  • Passion for interacting with people and creating connections through a friendly, enthusiastic approach
