ADC:

Asset Digital Core (ADC) is a transformation programme with SAP’s latest ERP, S4/HANA, as its foundation. This latest SAP technology provides redesigned, market standard processes and data models, intended to replace legacy SAP systems in Operated Assets. ADC plays a key role in the achievement of Powering Progress Strategy in Integrated Gas and Upstream (IG&U). ADC will enable IG&U to lead with insight, sharpen performance and support diverse value chains.

Purpose:

Robust change management is a key enabler to unlock the business value of ADC. The communications and engagement support role supports a cluster of assets to define, deliver and measure communications and engagements with asset stakeholders. The role works as part of the deploy change team and is led by the global change manager.
