MatchBox Consultuing is on the hunt for a Communications Coordinator. This candidate supports communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Prepares and coordinates communications materials, tracks program progress, and ensures effective delivery of information across internal and external stakeholders.



Contract: 6 months


Key Responsibilities




  • Write, edit, and coordinate newsletters, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.




  • Support tracking tools, progress reporting, and document management systems.




  • Contribute to communication plans and audience analysis using consultative methods.




  • Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure projects and programs are delivered on time and within scope.
