Commodity Specialist

The Electronics Commodity Specialist is a growth position within the Electronics Strategic team. Experience with, logistics, and supply continuity in the electronics commodity is preferred but not require. Reconciling monthly forecast and budget will be a major portion of this position. The Commodity Specialist will work with the Commodity Manager to help develop robust strategies on electronics for both auto and non-auto business. This position ensures all purchasing requests are completed in an efficient, timely manner, while simultaneously working to lower costs, as well as manage inventory, work with electronic suppliers on supply constraints and over all budgets for electronics purchasing team. This position takes direction from the Commodity Manager to execute sourcing strategies for Electronics commodities, including but not limited to integrated circuits, components, connectors, Contract Manufacturers and PCBAs.
