Commodity Specialist

Responsible for the company’s end-to-end sourcing of products related to manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs). In addition, the individual will be responsible for all phases of sourcing that require the skills necessary to identify cost-saving opportunities, lead‑time reduction, supplier relationship management, create competitive environments, creatively negotiate, and generate contracts to assure the availability of all products to support the company objectives.

• Source for materials, components, and service‑related activities at the most competitive prices to fulfill business requirements.
• Develop and implement commodity strategies to categorize and transform the supply base that will ultimately achieve the company goal & business objectives.
