Responsibilities

OSP / Special Processing Commodity Support

• Track, renew, and maintain NDAs, Annual Reps & Certs, and 3210 approvals for all direct suppliers.
• Set up and maintain MFTs and supplier master files.
• Conduct Supplier Processing Surveys and maintain a central master file of results.
• Provide support to Production Operation for offloads and manage project plans for offloads; monitor milestones and lead supplier review meetings.
• Support Buyers/Procurement/Suppliers with expediting OSP activities and processing supplier follow-ups.
• Manage offload RFQs/quotes, perform cost analysis, and maintain an organized quote database.
• Review and process supplier approval request forms, determine its rational and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
