Job Description

The Commodity Manager is responsible for the long-term management of specific groups of related goods or services, such as raw materials, electronics, or logistics. This role focuses on high-level strategy, supplier relationships, and total cost of ownership. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Developing and executing global or regional sourcing plans for specific commodity categories to ensure supply continuity and competitive pricing.
  • Supplier Management: Identifying, qualifying, and managing a base of suppliers. This includes conducting regular performance reviews and audits to ensure they meet quality and delivery standards.
