Commodity Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps.
• Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs.
• Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• (5-20) years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing
• Strong background in Direct Commodity Category, like electronics and/or mechanical commodities procurement
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and cost optimization
