Job Description
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Group Sourcing and Procurement processes.
- Design and enhance procurement processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
- Lead small to medium-scale negotiations and sourcing projects.
- Prepare and deliver analytics and reports to support the Commodity Manager's decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and finalize NDAs and other supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with company standards.
- Drive cost management initiatives, including cost reduction and cost avoidance strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve cost savings, operational synergies, quality improvement, and overall supply chain efficiency.
