Commodity Buyer – Plastics
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Commodity Buyer / Strategic Buyer role.
- Strong experience managing plastic commodities within the automotive industry.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- SAP MM module knowledge and hands‑on experience.
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and purchasing processes.
- Strong decision‑making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing and executing savings projects and market benchmarking activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of commodity strategies and action plans aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust supplier panel that exceeds expectations in cost, quality, program management, and supply chain performance.
