To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Commodity Analyst Mechanical located in Guadalajara, North Site.

Reporting to the Director, Commodity Management Mechanical, Commodity Analyst Mechanical role involves responsible for development, execution and pricing of procurement risk strategies for Flex. (focus on Mechanical commodities).

What a typical day looks like:

  • Responsible for the development, recommendation, and execution of optimal sourcing strategies for certain items.
  • Develop a technical, statistical and fundamental assessment for each commodity.
  • Manage cash negotiations and secure advantageous commercial agreements with approved suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for annual and multi-year purchase commitments.
