Responsible for the development, execution and pricing of procurement risk strategies for Flex.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for the development, recommendation, and execution of optimal sourcing strategies for certain items.
• Develop a technical, statistical and fundamental assessment for each commodity.
• Manage cash negotiations and secure advantageous commercial agreements with approved suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for annual and multi-year purchase commitments.
• Coordinate selection of transportation modes and carriers which will result in lowering the delivered costs of materials while assuring continuity of quality supply, flexibility to respond to changing requirements and maintenance of vendor relationships for lo...
