John Ross & Sons Ltd. is searching for an energetic, motivated, and hands‑on Junior Trader to join their energetic private enterprise.

John Ross is a fourth‑generation, family‑owned international scrap metal recycling business with 11 locations and over 70 years of experience. It is the largest recycling facility in Atlantic Canada and one of the largest exporters out of the Port of Halifax. The company specializes in the purchasing, grading, and processing of ferrous and non‑ferrous materials for manufacturers, contractors, and other customers in the recycling industry.

What You Will Learn

As a Junior Trader you will learn to monitor metal commodity markets while ensuring product availability and maximizing returns for the company.
