We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager to join on a 12‑month contract in Kouvola, Finland.

The role

You’ll be leading all electrical commissioning activities from pre‑commissioning through to IST and final handover, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and the client to ensure smooth delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning the electrical commissioning strategy & execution
• Managing full lifecycle commissioning activities
  • Coordinating across construction, QA, and project controls
  • Leading commissioning meetings & reporting progress
  • Overseeing commissioning of key systems incl.:
    • MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear
    • UPS, STS, generato...
